This looks good. I think I am going to try it next time I bake a cake. I am very excited about finding your website. Baking and cake decorating is a little hobby of mine. I say little because I don't have much time because I work, have kids, blah, blah, blah. But, I LOVE making cakes. Looking forward to getting lots of good tips and recipes from your site.

How long will this frosting last if I make it ahead of time and put in the refrigerator?
Do you need to refrigerate and how long will it be good at room temp??
